珠江所叶星研讨员团队近日完成了首张翘嘴鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)高密度遗传连锁图谱的构建,并对其发展与性别性状进行了QTL定位。
翘嘴鳜是我国主要的淡水养殖宝贵鱼类,年产量约30万吨。但因为持久人工滋生进程中疏忽对亲本的选育,导致种质退化,呈现发展速度降落、性成熟提前与抗病力差等题目,是以急需培养快长和抗病力强的精良品种,以支持鳜养殖业的健康可连续成长。构建遗传连锁图谱对定位与抗病、发展和性别决议等主要数目性状相干的基因与标志具有主要意义。本研讨应用ddRAD-Seq技巧,构建了首张翘嘴鳜遗传连锁图谱。该图谱包括3283个多态的SNP标志,散布在24个连锁群上。图谱总长度1972.01 cM,标志间均匀距离0.61 cM。与性别决议明显相干的5个位点散布在统一连锁群(LG23)上,它们成簇散布在LG23上的60.27-68.71cM之间。而与翘嘴鳜发展性状明显相干的11个QTL位点则散布在4个分歧的连锁群上。该图谱的构建为翘嘴鳜主要性状相干的基因与标志的进一步定位供给有价值的资本,性别相干标志的判定将有助于单性苗种的培养及性别决议机制的研讨,并将有助于翘嘴鳜基因组序列的组装。
